Where your supplement money goes

Stack Almanac now shows what your supplements cost each month, product by product, with the cheapest shop that has stock. Plus fixing a day you forgot to log.

Stack Almanac now breaks down what your supplements cost each month, one product at a time. Tap the spend figure at the top of your My Stack tab and you get the working behind it: which supplements it covers, what you pay for each, and the cheapest shop that has it in stock, with a link straight there.

What does the spend breakdown show?

Every supplement it could put a price on, the price it used, and where a cheaper option exists. The monthly figure on the My Stack tab is new, and it picks up where the stack savings preview left off. That showed you a number. This shows you the maths behind it.

Your own prices count. Log what a pack costs and how long it lasts, and that is the number used for your spend, rather than a shop price we guessed at. The breakdown labels each row so you can see which is which.

It also tells you how much of your stack it could price at all, instead of presenting two supplements as your whole monthly spend. And a shop that is out of stock no longer counts as money you could save. It shows up as context and stays out of the total.

Can I fix a day I forgot to log?

Yes, by message. Tell the Stack Almanac bot on Telegram or WhatsApp "none taken yesterday" and it corrects the whole day for you. Name one part of the day if that is all you missed, like "missed lunch 2 days ago".

Either way it replies with the number of supplements it actually changed, so you can see the correction landed rather than taking a friendly sentence on trust. Ask for something a chat message cannot do, like changing a dose or your subscription, and the bot now tells you which screen to open.

How close am I to unlocking my Impact score?

The Protocol Impact card now counts it out. It shows how many of the four check-ins you have recorded, or how many wearable days are still needed if you have a provider connected. The wait is the same length it always was. You can just see the end of it now.

What does the day 5 trial email say now?

It recaps your week before it asks you for a decision. The email reports what you actually did, the questions you asked and the supplements being tracked for you, next to a plain list of what changes when the trial ends. If you have not asked anything yet, it says so and suggests a first question rather than claiming activity you did not have.

Do Pro subscribers still get offered credits?

No, and that is deliberate. Pro already covers a daily advisor allowance, so putting a credits top-up in front of you on top of that was asking you to pay twice for the same thing. The buy option no longer appears for anyone on Pro.

Nothing you already own changes. Your balance and your purchase history stay exactly where they were, and credits still work as top-ups on the free plan, which is what they were always for.

How do I get the update?

Open Stack Almanac and you are already on it. The spend figure sits at the top of your My Stack tab and appears once there are prices on file for what you take, so recording what you pay for a pack is the quickest way to make it useful.
