What is Stack Almanac?

Stack Almanac is a supplement tracking and analysis application. It organises a supplement routine, checks timing and pairings, records changes and outcomes, and provides a conversational advisor that cites sources.

How much does Stack Almanac cost?

Stack Almanac is free to use with supplement tracking, 5 advisor messages a day, an interaction checker, data export, and 10 scans a day up to 30 free scans in total. Pro costs £9.99/month and includes 30 standard and 5 advanced-analysis advisor messages a day, deeper insights, wearable data, weekly summaries, and 50 scans a day. Every new account starts with a 7-day Pro trial, no card required.

How is Stack Almanac different from other supplement trackers?

Stack Almanac keeps supplement names, forms, doses, timing, reasons, and routine changes together with reference information and a source-citing advisor. It can surface details worth reviewing and describe associations in recorded data. It does not prove cause, diagnose, or make personal safety decisions.

Is the supplement audit free?

Yes. The audit tool is free, anonymous, and requires no signup. You can run up to 10 audits per hour from a single IP.

What does the audit check?

Three things. Dose balance: whether each supplement falls below the effective dose or above the safe upper limit, against UK SACN reference intakes and NIH Office of Dietary Supplements data. Timing conflicts: pairings or timing that hurt absorption (calcium blocking iron, stimulants taken too late). And pharmaceutical / peptide / recreational substances we explicitly do not audit, surfaced as separate callouts.

Prescription medications (semaglutide, finasteride, metformin, rapamycin, etc.), research peptides (BPC-157, TB-500, CJC-1295), recreational substances (MDMA, LSD, ketamine, psilocybin, cannabis), plant medicines (ayahuasca, kratom, kava, ibogaine), and nootropics (modafinil, phenibut, racetams). These are flagged in a separate callout rather than silently ignored.

Is this medical advice?

No. The audit is general wellness information, not medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional before making changes, especially if you take prescription medication or have a health condition.

How is my data handled?

Audits are anonymous unless you submit an email. Email submissions are stored with a 12-month retention horizon and a one-click delete link in every follow-up. Tokens are SHA-256 hashed at rest.

What's the difference between this and the full Stack Almanac app?

The audit is a one-shot check on what you already take. The full app at app.stackalmanac.com adds a conversational AI advisor with full context, personal insights from tracking outcomes over time, condition-based routines, cycle-aware timing, scanner, restock alerts, and integration with wearables. Free tier available; 7-day Pro trial without a credit card.
