Delete your Stack Almanac account
Last updated: 22 October 2026
You can delete your account and its data at any time. You don’t need the app installed: any web browser will do.
From a web browser
- Go to app.stackalmanac.com and sign in the way you usually do.
- Open Account, then Data.
- Open Danger Zone and choose Delete.
- Type DELETE to confirm, then choose Delete account.
In the iPhone or Android app
- Open Account, then Data.
- Open Danger Zone and choose Delete.
- Type DELETE to confirm, then choose Delete account.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes it and the data linked to it: your stack, the doses you recorded, your check-ins and bio-profile, any health readings you imported, your Almanac Advisor conversations, and your subscription details. It also cancels any subscription you pay for on the web, and signs you out. Your data is removed within 30 days.
A few records stay, without your name or email address attached, where the law or our payment systems need them. The privacy policy lists them.
Want a copy first? Account, then Data, lets you export your data before you delete it.
If you bought Pro through the App Store
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Only you can cancel it, with Apple. Cancel it first in the iOS Settings app (tap your name, then Subscriptions), or Apple will keep charging you.
If you can’t sign in
Send us a deletion request through our contact form from the email address on your account. We’ll confirm it’s you, then delete the account and its data in the same way.
