Advice in place, with clearer access and sync
Stack Almanac now puts Advisor suggestions in context, adds Apple Health readings, and makes iPhone access and wearable sync states clearer.
By Stack Almanac
Stack Almanac now puts advice and health context closer to the moment you use them. Suggestions sit with the right supplement, sensitive details wait for your confirmation, and connected health and restock tools carry more of the routine.
Where do Advisor suggestions appear?
On Today, each suggestion now sits beside the supplement it would change. A new supplement appears as a clearly marked row inside the right time block. Anything that does not belong to one row stays at the end, where it is still easy to review. You can apply or clear the suggestion without matching a separate card to your checklist.
Stack Almanac also tells you when a suggestion cannot be applied as written. In that case, you see Done or Clear instead of an Apply button that would go nowhere. If you are offline, the app asks you to try again when you are connected.
What does the Almanac Advisor remember?
Sensitive details wait for you. If you mention a medication, health background, pregnancy or allergy in chat, the Almanac Advisor asks you to confirm it before adding it to memory. You can still review and remove saved details from the Memory page.
Adding a supplement now keeps the review focused on that product. Gaps elsewhere in your routine appear as a note instead of becoming part of the confirmation. If you ask to add a specific amount, the Advisor gives its full answer and asks how many servings are needed on the suggestion card.
What is new in health sync and restock?
Apple Health can now add blood pressure and body weight alongside your other connected readings. These measurements can appear in Personal Insights, your weekly summary and the Almanac Advisor's data view, giving you more context without another manual log.
Restock alerts now have their own switch in Settings, under Notifications. Your weekly digest can also show what is running low. If you mark a supplement as To order, Stack Almanac treats it as not on hand and avoids describing it as something that has just run out.
This builds on the earlier Apple Health and whole-routine update and the first release of restock alerts.
What changes on iPhone and connected wearables?
On iPhone, you can sign in with your email and password or request a magic link. If you already have Pro, your access continues in the app. Purchases and billing changes stay on the web, while the native app keeps the subscription access you already have.
If Pro ends, your Oura connection now shows that syncing is paused and explains why. You can still remove a connection at any time, so the account stays under your control.
