Review your whole supplement routine

Stack Almanac now reviews your whole supplement routine, keeps suggested changes pending, and connects supported Apple Health readings.

Stack Almanac now carries a newly captured supplement routine into one review of its timing and interaction findings. Suggested changes remain pending until you apply them, supported iOS builds can connect selected Apple Health readings, and the Almanac Advisor is clearer about what has changed and what has only been proposed.

What does whole-routine review show?

After you add supplements, Stack Almanac opens a dedicated review of the routine as a whole. It brings timing and interaction findings into one place, so you can check how the schedule fits together rather than reading each supplement in isolation.

This follows the recent multi-bottle capture update. You can photograph several bottles, review what was read, choose what to add, then move straight into the whole-routine check.

When does a suggested change take effect?

A suggested routine change stays pending until you choose to apply it. Its current warnings remain visible while you decide. If a change is held for review, saved as an offline draft, or cannot be applied, Stack Almanac names that outcome instead of presenting the routine as already changed.

The Almanac Advisor follows the same boundary in its answers. It distinguishes a proposal from a completed change, and routine edits report what actually happened after you confirm them.

What Apple Health data can Stack Almanac read?

Supported iOS builds can read steps, sleep, resting heart rate and active energy from Apple Health. You choose whether to grant access. Stack Almanac syncs only the readings that are available and permitted, giving your routine review more of the day around it.

What else is clearer in this update?

Bottle-scan retries reuse completed work, so retrying does not spend another scan or add the same result twice. Offers recorded in different currencies stay in separate subtotals instead of being presented as one comparison. And when an Advisor recommendation is not useful today, you can snooze it and return later.
