Blood test results, shareable answers, one-tap plans
Stack Almanac now reads blood test results from a photo, lets you share advisor answers as public pages, and applies multi-step plans in one tap.
The latest update to Stack Almanac connects the Almanac Advisor to your blood test results, makes advisor answers shareable, and turns multi-step recommendations into a single tap. Trials get a proper ending too: start one from any supplement's page and get a verdict built from your own data.
Can Stack Almanac read my blood test results?
Yes. Go to Settings, open Lab Results, and photograph a blood panel. Stack Almanac reads the markers from the photo and shows you every row to confirm or correct before anything is saved. Only what is printed on the panel is captured; anything unclear is left for you to fill in.
Once your markers are in, the advisor starts using them. Ask about your results and it walks through each marker's trend, what changed since your last draw, and which values sit outside their reference range. Every marker keeps its own history and you can delete any result. The advisor explains what your markers mean, it never diagnoses, and it will point you to a clinician for medical decisions.
Can I share an advisor answer?
Yes. Every advisor answer now has a Share button that creates a clean, public, read-only page you can send to anyone. The page contains the answer and nothing else: your supplements, your profile, and your history are never included. You confirm before the public copy is created, and you can stop sharing any answer with one tap.
What are one-tap plans?
When the advisor recommends a change with several steps, the whole plan now arrives as a single card with an Apply all button. Each step passes the same safety and diet checks as an individual suggestion, and you can opt out of any item before applying. No more working through separate suggestions one at a time.
Can I take one supplement at several times of day?
Yes. A supplement can now live in more than one time block, each with its own dose: 1g at breakfast, lunch, and dinner instead of a single 3g entry. The timing drawer offers Move or Add another time, and the advisor knows to split larger daily amounts across blocks. Combined with one-tap plans, a full split applies in one go.
How do I find out if a supplement is actually working?
Open the supplement's page and tap Test if it's working. Stack Almanac sets up a short break from that supplement and prepares the question for the advisor, shown to you before it is sent. While the trial runs, the supplement shows its trial status, and the advisor checks in at the halfway point. The day the trial ends you get a notification that links straight to the review: a verdict built from your own logs, with the same trust labels as your personal insights. Completed trials also get a Trial Results line in your weekly summary email.
What else is new?
The advisor checks in on you. If you keep skipping a supplement, it asks whether to keep, move, or drop it, with one-tap answers. Check-ins are rare by design, at most a couple a week, and they respect your quiet hours.
Buying questions get real offers. Ask where to buy something and the advisor attaches up to three vetted, in-stock offers with prices under its answer, clearly disclosed. Offers only appear when you ask a buying question; recommendations never carry them.
No more dead ends when adding. If the advisor suggests a supplement that is not in the catalogue yet, a Find & add card opens the add flow prefilled, and a search with no results offers Add as new.
Suggestions you can always act on. Every advisor suggestion now comes with a button to apply it, answers have more room for detail, and message credits are only used when an answer actually arrives.
