Moving from MyStack
MyStack has closed. Your list doesn't have to go with it.
The app stopped working on 30 September 2026 and the site is offline. You don't need an export file to start again here.
MyStack was a US tracker for peptides and prescribed protocols, run by one person. It closed on 30 September 2026, and getting your data out meant emailing the founder before that date. If you missed it, the file is gone.
The good news is that you don't need it. Your bottles are the record. Paste your list as text or photograph the labels, and you are set up in about a minute: what you take, when to take each one, where two products contain the same thing, and what it all costs a month.
Two things to know before you move. Stack Almanac is UK based, so reference values are the UK ones and prices are in pounds. And it is built for supplements: peptides and prescribed medicines can sit in your record so the picture is complete, but they are not assessed, and anything prescribed stays a conversation with your prescriber.
The challenges
The export window has closed
Data came back by email, by hand, and only if you asked before 30 September. There is no file to upload now, and no app to open.
You had months of history in there
The history is lost, but the list is not. Most people can rebuild what they take from the shelf in a few minutes, and a new record starts from today.
You don't want to be stranded twice
Fair. You can export your own data whenever you like, and delete the account from the same place. Nothing here depends on asking us first.
Half your list isn't supplements
Peptides, GLP-1s, prescribed medicines. They can go in so the picture is complete, and the Almanac Advisor will tell you when something is one for your prescriber rather than for an app.
How Stack Almanac helps
Paste the list you already have
Type or paste your supplements in plain text, one per line or in a sentence. Doses and timings are read out of it, and you confirm each one.
Or photograph the bottles
Photograph the labels, several at a time. You review what was read off each one before anything is added.
See the overlap and the cost
Where two products contain the same thing, the combined total against UK reference values, and what your list costs a month in pounds.
Keep your data portable
Export your record whenever you want, and delete your account from the same screen. No email to anyone, no waiting.
