CBD

A hemp-derived compound, and a different one from what gets you high.

CBD (cannabidiol) is a compound derived from hemp that does not produce the psychoactive effects associated with THC, the compound most people associate with cannabis. In the UK, CBD products are regulated by the Food Standards Agency as novel foods, meaning products on the market are expected to go through a formal safety assessment process. It is available in oil, isolate, and full or broad-spectrum forms, which differ mainly in whether trace amounts of other hemp-derived compounds are retained alongside the CBD itself.

Stack Almanac tracks your CBD intake alongside everything else you're taking, so it's part of your full supplement picture rather than logged somewhere separate.
