Own your data, and a fuller Progress record

Stack Almanac now lets you export or permanently delete your account data, correct recent check-ins, and see a fuller weekly Progress review.

Stack Almanac now gives you a full copy of your account data on request, a clear way to permanently delete your account, and a richer Progress record with more detail and a weekly review built around what you actually logged.

Can I download my Stack Almanac data?

Yes. From Settings, you can request a full export of your account data as a JSON file, covering your supplements, logs, and check-ins. It is your data, so you can take a copy whenever you want one.

How do I permanently delete my account?

Also from Settings, with a confirmation step that asks you to type DELETE before anything happens. Deleting cancels an active subscription immediately and removes your account and its linked records. There is no partial state in between; once confirmed, it is done.

What's new in the Progress record?

Daily and weekly check-ins now capture an overall score alongside richer detail and notes, so a quick tap or a fuller note both fit the same check-in. The weekly review reads back only the signals you actually recorded that week, instead of a fixed list regardless of what you logged.

Can I fix a check-in or log entry from earlier in the week?

Yes. Calendar and supplement-log edits now share one seven-day correction window, so if you logged something wrong, or missed adding a note, you can go back and fix it for up to a week after the fact.

How do I get the update?

Open Stack Almanac and you're already on it. Data export and deletion live in Settings; the fuller Progress record and seven-day corrections show up the next time you check in. If you're new, sign up and your 7-day Pro trial starts automatically, no card needed.
