Lab tracking, personalised protocols, and smarter meal alerts

Track blood work results, personalise condition protocols with the Advisor, edit meal portions inline, get dose aware food alerts, and receive bi-weekly supplement tips.

Stack Almanac now tracks your lab results, delivers smarter food and supplement alerts, and matches protocols to your health background. Here is what landed today.

Track your blood work and lab values

A new Health Memory section in your account lets you log biomarker results from blood tests. Enter values for common markers like Vitamin D, ferritin, B12, TSH, and more. Stack Almanac automatically calculates whether each result falls in the low, normal, high, or optimal range based on standard reference values.

This is the foundation for personalised recommendations. Instead of generic advice, the Almanac Advisor will soon reference your actual lab values when suggesting supplements.

Smarter food and supplement alerts

Meal tracking now understands portions and doses. When you log a meal, Stack Almanac extracts quantities from natural language entries like "200g spinach" or "2 cups of coffee" and converts them to standardised amounts. Interaction alerts now check whether the actual nutrient content of your meal crosses a meaningful threshold before flagging it.

The result: fewer false alarms. A small splash of milk in your tea will not trigger an iron absorption warning, but a large glass of milk with your iron supplement still will.

Personalised protocol recommendations

If you have filled in your health background in settings, Stack Almanac now matches your focus areas to relevant supplement protocols. A new "For Your Focus Areas" section appears in the Protocols tab with matched recommendations. You will also see a notification when new matches are found after updating your profile.

Science backed supplement tips in your inbox

A new bi-weekly Almanac Tips email delivers personalised educational content based on what you take. Each tip references a specific supplement from your routine, includes a practical suggestion (timing, pairing, or seasonal awareness), and links to relevant products. Tips arrive at 10am your local time on the 1st and 15th of each month.

Personalise condition protocols with the Advisor

Condition stacks now have a "Personalise for me" button. Tap it and the Almanac Advisor reviews every supplement in the protocol against your health background — medications, focus areas, genetics, and dietary preferences. It tells you which supplements to keep, which to swap, and why, with severity-graded recommendations.

This is the first step toward truly individualised protocols. Instead of one-size-fits-all stacks, you get recommendations shaped by your unique profile.

Edit portions and explore your nourishment data

Every meal item now has an inline portion editor. Tap the portion to correct amounts after logging — the nutrient values recalculate automatically so your interaction alerts stay accurate. The Progress tab also gets a rebuilt nourishment card showing seven-day nutrient averages, your most-logged foods, and a day-by-day expandable meal timeline.

What is next

Health Memory is just the beginning. Upcoming updates will connect your lab values directly to the Almanac Advisor, add trend charts for tracked biomarkers, and let you see how protocol changes correlate with your results over time.
