Stack Almanac adds 13 supplements the Almanac Advisor now understands, including taurine, glycine, and protein powder, with dosing detail and where to buy.
Stack Almanac now understands 13 more supplements. Ask the Almanac Advisor about taurine, glycine, or protein powder and it can talk you through forms, sensible dosing, what pairs well, and where to buy. This update also fixes your vitals so every connected health tracker shows up.
Which supplements were added?
Thirteen commonly-taken supplements the advisor didn't cover before now have full detail behind them:
Taurine, glycine, L-citrulline, beta-alanine, L-glutamine, 5-HTP, inositol, green tea extract, milk thistle, garlic, elderberry, probiotics, and protein powder.
That covers a lot of ground: the amino acids people stack around training and sleep, the gut and immune staples like probiotics and elderberry, and everyday basics like garlic and protein powder. If any of these are in your routine, the advisor can now speak to them properly instead of giving a vague answer.
Does the advisor know how to dose them?
Yes. Each new supplement ships with its common forms, reference dosing and upper limits where an established figure exists, and its synergy pairings. So when you ask how much beta-alanine to take, or what glycine pairs well with, you get a specific answer grounded in reference values rather than a shrug.
Can I find where to buy them?
For most of the new supplements, yes. We researched real offers, so the advisor can point you to vetted places to buy and show what it works out to per serving. When there isn't a partner offer for something yet, the advisor still tells you what to look for on the label: quality markers, the forms worth choosing, and what to skip.
Vitals from every connected health tracker
If you connect more than one health source, say Oura alongside Apple Health, your vitals now show every metric from all of them. Before, when two sources reported on the same day, one could quietly hide the other. Now they're merged, so your dashboard reflects everything you're tracking.
