Condition-Based Supplement Stacks and a Refreshed Design

Explore curated supplement stacks for focus, sleep, mood, gut health, and more, personalised to your health background and goals.

Not everyone wants to build a supplement routine from scratch. Sometimes you have a specific goal (better sleep, sharper focus, calmer nerves) and you want to know what's been shown to help. That's exactly what condition-based stacks deliver.

Six curated supplement stacks

Stack Almanac now includes research-backed supplement stacks for six common focus areas:

  • Focus and Attention: supplements that support concentration and mental clarity
  • Anxiety and Calm: nutrients linked to stress reduction and nervous system support
  • Sleep Quality: the most well-evidenced supplements for falling and staying asleep
  • Mood Support: targeted nutrients for emotional balance
  • Gut Health: support for digestion, microbiome diversity, and gut lining integrity
  • Energy and Vitality: sustained energy without the crash

Each supplement in a stack includes an evidence badge showing the strength of research behind it, so you can see at a glance what's well-supported versus preliminary.

Medication conflict warnings

If you've added medications to your health background, Stack Almanac will flag any conflicts with supplements in these stacks and suggest alternatives where possible. You'll see clear warnings before adding anything that might not pair well with what you're already taking.

Personalised to your health background

When you complete your bio profile, Stack Almanac automatically surfaces the stacks most relevant to your focus areas. If you've mentioned sleep as a concern, the Sleep Quality stack appears front and centre. No searching required.

A refreshed look and feel

This release also includes a significant design refresh:

  • Warm cream light mode that's easier on the eyes than stark white
  • Seasonal data tints: subtle colour coding for different health dimensions (blue for sleep, green for energy, amber for mood, rose for physical)
  • Margin notes: small serif annotations that add context without cluttering the main content
  • Ledger dividers: clean section breaks that give the app its almanac character

We've also added proper form validation throughout the app using structured schemas, which means clearer error messages and fewer frustrating form submissions.

Built for your goals

Supplement advice shouldn't be one-size-fits-all. Whether you're optimising for focus during a busy work season or supporting recovery after a rough patch of sleep, these stacks give you a researched starting point, personalised to your situation.
