A daily brief from your advisor, with cited sources

Stack Almanac's Today page now opens with the advisor's daily brief, answers cite their sources, and insights tell you how much to trust each pattern.

The latest update to Stack Almanac puts the Almanac Advisor front and centre. Your Today page now opens with the advisor's daily brief, one clear recommendation instead of a stack of competing banners. Advisor answers now cite their sources, so you can check every claim. Personal insights tell you honestly how much to trust each pattern. And every new account starts with a 7-day Pro trial that includes a daily deep-analysis message.

What is the daily brief on the Today page?

The daily brief is the advisor's single most useful recommendation for you today, shown at the top of the Today page. Instead of opening the app to a pile of banners all asking for attention, you get one thing worth acting on, with two buttons: Apply to make the change in one tap, or Ask to open a conversation about it first.

Everything else that used to compete for the top of the screen, restock notices, reminders, what's new, now takes turns in a single slot below the brief, so only the most relevant one shows at a time. The navigation tab is renamed Advisor to match: Stack Almanac is an advisor first, a tracker second.

How do advisor citations work?

When the Almanac Advisor makes a claim, the answer now carries small numbered markers like [1]. Tap one and you jump to the source list at the end of the answer, showing exactly where that claim comes from. You do not have to take the advisor's word for anything: the receipts travel with the answer.

How much should I trust each personal insight?

Every card in "What's working" is now labelled with a confidence tier: Consistent pattern, Emerging pattern, or Early signal. Early signals render quietly, without a headline percentage, because a pattern built on a handful of days should not shout. If no pattern has earned your trust yet, the section says so instead of inventing one.

Patterns that are not confirmed yet tell you exactly what would firm them up, for example "Skip it 3 more days, spread out, not in a row." Supplements you always skip together are grouped into one shared pattern instead of the same few days being credited to five different supplements. And every insight card now has an "Ask the Advisor about this" button that opens a conversation about that exact pattern.

Wearable-based insights got more careful too. Sleep, HRV, and resting heart rate are now measured against the night after each dose, naps are kept separate from your night's sleep, and implausible readings from a glitchy sync are ignored rather than counted.

How long is the Stack Almanac Pro trial?

Every new account now starts with a 7-day Pro trial, no credit card required. The trial includes one deep-analysis message a day, the advisor's slower, more thorough mode for questions like bloodwork interpretation, so you can try the full depth of Pro before deciding. After the trial you move to the Free tier automatically, keeping your data and your supplements.

What smaller changes came with this update?

Onboarding ends with a conversation. Finishing setup now flows straight into a suggested first question for the advisor, built from the supplements you just added, instead of a dead-end completion screen.

Telegram replies log the exact dose. Swipe-reply "done" or "skip" to a specific Telegram reminder and Stack Almanac logs that exact time block, no guessing from the clock and no follow-up question.

Chat history is one tap away. The advisor's history and new-chat buttons moved out of the menu into the header, and your active conversation stays open when you switch tabs and come back.

My Stack shows active supplements first. The page now defaults to your active supplements instead of everything you have ever added, including discontinued ones.

The scanner covers every format. It is now called "Scan supplements" rather than "Scan bottles": pouches, boxes, and sachets are first-class citizens.

Reopening the app is smoother. Your supplements and today's progress paint immediately when you come back to the app, and the advisor always works from your latest data within a conversation, so mid-chat changes to your stack are reflected in the next answer.

Community stacks work end to end. Publishing your supplements to the community, cloning a stack you like, and adopting one into your own routine now all work reliably, and adoption counts stay accurate.

Impact cards show your before and after numbers. Impact cards on the Progress page now display how a metric looked before and after a change, and they carry the same trust labels as your insights, so a small wobble reads "No clear change yet" instead of a confident percentage.

Day numbers survive the clocks changing. If you follow a routine with a day count, the number now stays correct through daylight-saving transitions.

How do I start using this?

Open Stack Almanac. The daily brief is waiting at the top of your Today page, and the Advisor tab is in the navigation bar. Ask anything and tap a [1] marker in the answer to see where it comes from. If you are new, sign up and the 7-day Pro trial starts automatically, no card needed.
