Protocol Impact Score and Power-User Tools

See whether your supplement routine is actually working with the new Impact Score, sparkline trends, and a command palette for quick navigation.

The question that matters most is simple: is my supplement routine actually working? Today's update gives you a clear, data-driven answer.

Impact Score: your routine's report card

The new Impact Score combines your self-reported outcomes with biometric data from connected wearables (sleep quality, heart rate variability, and resting heart rate) to show how your routine is performing across different dimensions.

Each dimension (sleep, energy, mood, focus) gets its own score with sparkline trends so you can see the direction of travel at a glance. Below each score, you'll find contextual suggestions: what you might adjust, what's going well, and where the data is inconclusive.

This isn't just about logging. It's about closing the feedback loop between what you take and how you feel.

Sparkline trends everywhere

We've added small trend charts throughout the app: on your Daily Score, on individual supplement cards, and in the Impact Score dashboard. These give you an instant visual sense of whether things are improving, stable, or declining, without needing to open a detailed chart.

Command palette (⌘K)

For those who prefer keyboards to taps: press ⌘K (or Ctrl+K on Windows) to open the command palette. Search for any supplement, jump to any page, or trigger common actions, all without reaching for the mouse.

Consistent dates and faster loading

We've standardised date formatting across the entire app so everything reads consistently. We've also cut the initial bundle size by 78% through code splitting and lazy loading, which means the app loads noticeably faster, especially on mobile connections.

Why this matters

Tracking supplements without understanding their impact is just bookkeeping. The Impact Score turns your daily logging into genuine insight, the kind that helps you make better decisions about what stays in your routine and what gets dropped.

Your supplements should earn their place. Now you can see if they do.
