Push Notifications, iOS Support, and Smarter Reminders
Get supplement reminders on iOS and Android via push notifications, plus Oura Ring fixes, Telegram digests, and better wearable support.
The best supplement routine in the world doesn't work if you forget to take it. Today's update is all about making sure that doesn't happen.
Push notifications on iOS (finally)
Stack Almanac now supports push notifications on iOS Safari through our progressive web app. This means you can add Stack Almanac to your home screen and receive reminders just like a native app, no App Store required.
We've included a step-by-step setup guide in the app to walk you through enabling notifications on iOS, since Apple's process has a couple of extra steps compared to Android.
Better reminder copy through testing
We've refined the default notification messages based on what actually gets people to take action. Expect reminders that feel helpful rather than naggy.
Oura Ring connection fixed
If you tried connecting your Oura Ring previously and ran into authentication issues, that's now resolved. The OAuth flow works properly, and your sleep, readiness, and activity data will sync into Stack Almanac to power your Impact Score and personal insights.
Whoop integration: tell us what you need
We've added a feature-request flow for Whoop users. While full integration is still in development, you can now tell us exactly which Whoop metrics matter most to you so we can prioritise accordingly.
Telegram reminders and digests
For those who prefer Telegram, Stack Almanac now supports three scheduled message types:
- Morning overview: your supplements for the day, any timing notes, and yesterday's Daily Score
- Block alerts: reminders before each time block (morning, afternoon, evening)
- Weekly digest: a summary of your consistency, trends, and advisor suggestions
Set these up once and they run on their own.
Amber accent touches
You'll notice a warm amber accent appearing in select UI elements. It's a subtle addition to the design palette that adds warmth to interactive states and highlighted content.
Never miss a dose
Whether you prefer push notifications, Telegram messages, or just opening the app, Stack Almanac now meets you where you are. Consistency is what makes supplements work, and we're here to help you stay on track.
